The last will form is offered by state, yet our editors were unable to compare these documents to ascertain their validity or how they differ. Scam website. After spending a lot of time compiling and entering data, at the end it forces you to give them your e-mail address. THEN after that, it forces you to enter your credit card number! Even for a free trial. This is like a Times Square Elmo who lets you take a picture then afterwards tells you "That'll be $20". Poor business ethics.

They gave me a free trial but since I downloaded the form I made they charged me 39.00. Be VERY cautions of their FREE trial. Its not free.

eForms was somehow able to get my payment information and began debiting my account monthly. The issues are: - I never signed up for eForms - I thought it was Eversign charging my bank account (the service that I actually use) - Each and every debit is marked as in-person debit card swipe to my bank account They mark the debits as in-person swipes so that they are almost impossible to dispute as unauthorized transactions. I've tried working with the company to recover my money for a service that I never signed up for, never used, and never intended to use. They have failed to initiate a refund for every transaction and I will now have to report these transactions as fraud to my bank... Read More

Far too expensive for a one time use. I do not recommend this service. There are free legal forms on the web. Just type what you are looking for into your search engine. I would give this service no stars if I could.

The only thing I'd change is the ability to not list my Pet names if I have no specific directives that I want to outline in the will. Otherwise, this was simple and exactly what I was looking for

eForms says you get a 7 day free trial, but what you get is only enough functionality to spend some time creating the document. However, you can't print it, email it, save it, download it, or anything else. So essentially, you have wasted some of your time, and feel compelled to buy a minimum $45 paid service.Run, don't walk, away from eForms.

I went to the site to write a will. Only when I was finished and trying to print was I told that I needed to pay! Even when I set up an account, there was no mention of a charge. Pricing should be upfront so consumers has a choice.I deleted my will, but all that personal info is now on their site. BEWARE!

The website says it offers "free" forms, requiring the user to complete only a few simple questions. After luring you with this claim, you go through the entire process of completing the information needed for the form. When you click the "print" button, you are directed to a page with subscription options, all of which require payment, i.e., not free at all. The one-time charge for the document is $45.00. Or you can sign up at the rate of $15/month ($180/yr), or a full year for $120, or a free "trial offer" that ends after 7 days and renews at the rate of $180 a year. That is not exactly free and is DECEPTIVE.
