Nice hotel for active, sport oriented family. I ve been there for 2 weeks and could stay longer, was not enough for me and the kids. BUT: Rooms are not perfect clean, especially bathroom, no botteled water or free WIFI (unless you pay for VIP option 50$ per person per week) Staff not always helpfull, escpecially at the front desk, you may expect much more from 5* hotel Some of the amenties are damaged or not working They try to sell you better rooms while check in - but not worth it, all rooms are the same Even though there plenty of good things: Animation team very very nice, nice people at the bars, waiters, pool staff, Very good proffesional Kite Surfing centre, I recommend Ahmed for all beginners, diving spot at the place, beautiful reef, nice beach for kids and great…

It was great time where I spent one of my favorite holidays in Egipt. Entertainment was great and I love it. Food was really good. Rooms were clean and nice. From balcony I have beautiful view on the seaside.

No idea how it skipped my mind - MAHMOUD, the super-kind Seascope agent, with his desk located between the hotel entrance and the reception area! A great pleasure to talk to him there and during his rounds in the pool area. And one more thing, we were in the Tulip complex for the third time (once Magic, twice Royal) and we we were not informed by the reception that apparently we were supposed to get some 'upgrade' bracelets and hence 'more' all-inclusiveness, like bottled water or free internet access or whatnot. Just saying...

The hotel is perfect for families, it has good variety of food. You won’t be bored here thanks to the entertainment program. Perfect conditions to relax and sunbathe. Perfect place for katesurfing. Rooms are clean.

Hotel Royal tulip resort is nice but needs reconstruction..Food is good..service too.Entertaiment program is funny a very friendly... The room is nice and clean accept the bathroom wasnt clean but later its was fine and good reef

The hotel is very clean, good for tourists, nice service, very tasty food. In the evening there are many interesting shows. Long and good pier on the sea to snorkeling. Many activities for guests to choose. I can recommend this hotel for everybody!

My third time there, first one during the pandemic. What I found impressive three uears ago (sanitizing dispensers all over the place!), this time disappointed - quite a few of them remained empty for the whole period of two weeks, and some soap dispensers seemed never to be filled either, especially in the toilets near the heated pool. Other than that, a truly wonderful stay! Tulip has always been strong considering its staff, and this time was no exception. I thoroughly enjoyed the animation team, particularly Anya and Abdul, both of whom were extremely friendly, good at what they were doing AND fun to talk to, on a variety of subjects, both general/ global and personal. Hotel has a large and nice outdoor area with a beautiful beach and coral reef. Staff was friendly at best, food tasty but not very varied. The room and especially the bathroom is definitely in need of renovation.

Very impressible service. Nice and very comfortable staff. All the staff are very friendly and doing their best to make living here enjoyable. Entertainment program is wonderful and people working there are incredible. And what is the most important- all the staff are not annoying:)

Good things: -Nice acomodation -Very friendly and helpful animation team, the best100%!!! -Room service is perfect -Heated swimimg pool (just one)~27degree -Good food -Nice bartenders/servers -Very very very nice Seascope agent( Mahmoud )trip for snorkeling near the reception Bad things: -The doctor- a lying deceptive smugler who asks 300€ for a covid-19 test that you can do for 30€ -Taxi agent near reception also very expensive, charges 160€/person for a trip that is 40€/ person with other company - The heated pool closes at 5pm
